DIFFERENT WAYS TO PLAY

 

1. Single Word Production:

a. Pick a sound to work on

b. Give one board and 12 chips to each player

c. Place the cards upside down on the table

d. The first player picks the top card and says the name of the picture

e. The player (s) that has the picture, says the name and places a chip on it

f.  Continue turning the cards until the first player fills the board and calls: “BINGO”

 

2. Sentence Production:

a.  Place the cards upside down on the table

b.  The first player picks the top card and says the name of the picture

c.  The player (s) that has the picture, says a sentences that contains that word and places a chip on it

d.  Continue turning the cards until the first player fills the board and calls: “BINGO”

 

3. Description.

a.  Divide the cards among the players so everyone has a chance to practice

b.  Each player draws a card and describes what he/she the image that appears on it, without saying the word

c.  The players have to guess the name of the image. Whoever has it,  says the name and places a chip on it

d.  Continue turning the cards until the first player fills the board and calls: “BINGO”

 

4. Analysis and synthesis of words.

a.  Divide the cards evenly among the players

b.  Taking turns, each player must turn a card over and say the name of the image, dividing it into syllables (ex. es-ca-le-ra)

c.  The player (s) that has the picture, says the word and places a chip on it

d.  Continue turning the cards until the first player fills the board and calls: “BINGO”
